SCHOOLS: LET’S TALK ABOUT BODY POSITIVITY BEFORE CHRISTMAS

As Christmas approaches, the holiday season can be a joyful time, but for many young people, it’s also tough. With lots of food, social pressures, and comparison, the festive period can trigger anxiety, body image struggles and negative self-talk.

That’s why I’m offering body positivity and self worth talks to help students navigate these challenges before Christmas. Through my work with The Endless Spiral, I share my own story, how I went from rock bottom to feeling more at peace in my own skin. Ive learned some practical tools around body positivity, self-care, and managing anxietyand I want to share these tools with the younger generation.
