Hi, I’m Keith and I am the creator and founder of The Endless Spiral. From my early teen’s I have lived with several mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, and body dysmorphia. In 2018 I was eventually diagnosed with having Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GDA). In 2020 I was diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). Since then I have been on a mission to share my story and hopefully inspire others to share their experiences of mental health.
